I’m a programmer, data analyst, artist, and all around creative person seeking a job where I can put my skills to use. Check out the portfolio tab to see some of my projects.
About Me
I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Computer Science. I’ve had years of experience with a wide range of languages, and I’m readily capable of grasping new technologies. I heartily enjoy making computers work their magic.
In the discipline of data analytics, I’ve grown a great fondness for financial market evaluation and charting. Combined with my formal business education at university, I invested significant energy in self-training to learn the methodologies of Technical Analysis. I’ve employed my creative, outside-the-box thinking to derive several original techniques to great success. An example of fusing these skills with computers and art can be seen in my tutorial videos for Obsidian Indicators.
A lifelong lover of art, I’ve done graphic design for years, and some of my work can be viewed on my portfolio. Blending art and technical skills, I have substantial experience with web design and video game creation. My largest such project to date has been Tidewater Harvest, an independent game venture built from scratch.
In addition, while at UNC Charlotte I studied film making and have made several short films and music videos. I am a strong writer and have written myriad literary and technical documents. I studied the classic arts and music for years in high school, and some of my work can be seen here.
If it involves computer software, I make a strong asset. Pairing computers and analytics, I have demonstrable prowess. If it combines these with art, it’s right in my wheelhouse. I am always creating and thinking of ways existing works could be improved. At the right job, I will help make something great!
