Video Production
Post-University Videos
I did all elements of the work for these instructional videos made for Obsidian Indicators. The videos are intended to teach customers how to use features of NinjaTrader, the primary software upon which the Obsidian Indicator suite operates. They were edited in ShotCut using Adobe Illustrator for the graphics. They also include the premade Obsidian intro and outro clips.
These videos had to comply with several restrictions. The information needed to be broken down step-by-step, the
on-screen instructions needed to be concisely written yet sufficiently informative, the length needed to aim towards being short, and the file size needed to stay below 25MB for easy sharing.

University Videos
Various videos I created while in college at UNC Charlotte. All made in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Music video created for a film class at UNC Charlotte. This was a final project and we were allowed to do what we wanted, so immediately I decided to do a music video. I created the concept after sifting through my music catalogue and stopping on the song used. I had numerous other ideas for other songs, but had to pick something that could be created with no budget.
The song is “Walking The Cow” by Daniel Johnston and covered by one of my favorite bands, TV On The Radio. It was edited in Final Cut Pro.

Promo video created for the Charlotte 49ers student spirit organization, Niner Nation Gold. This video was featured on the scoreboard screens during games. Game footage was supplied. Edited in Adobe Premier Pro.
Video created for a film class at UNC Charlotte. The task was simply a pro-recycling video and my group created the concept. Use of Samuel Barber’s “Adagio for Strings” was a choice I made for my edit of the footage. Edited in Adobe Premier Pro. (Camera we used was messed up so footage has some errors.)
Video created for a film class at UNC Charlotte. The task was to take still images or footage of landscapes and I decided to make this as a music video. Edited in Final Cut Pro.
Same pro-recycling video as shown above, but this is an edit I did for fun. It is a movie trailer version and features me doing my best impersonation of the common trailer voice, Don LaFontaine (not my best voice haha).
